Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how link3rs.com uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage), in accordance with Article 22.2 of the Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
The short version: this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that websites store on your device to remember information about your visit. Browsers also offer "local storage", a similar mechanism that stores data on your device without sending it to the server on every request. Both can be used for technical purposes (making the site work) or for tracking purposes (advertising, analytics). We only use the technical kind.
2. What we use on this website
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|---|
link3rs-lang |
Local storage (first party) | Remembers the language you selected (English, Español or Català) so the site loads in your language on your next visit. | Until you delete it from your browser | link3rs.com |
This is a strictly technical preference chosen by you, so under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE and the AEPD cookie guidelines it is exempt from consent. That is why you don't see a cookie banner on this website — there is simply nothing to consent to.
3. Third-party embedded content
Our contact page embeds a form provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium, EU). The form runs inside its own frame and Tally may use strictly necessary cookies for the form to function correctly and to prevent spam. Tally states that it does not use its forms for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can read more in Tally's cookie policy.
We do not embed content from advertising networks, social media widgets or video platforms that set tracking cookies. Videos on this website are self-hosted.
4. What we do NOT use
- No advertising cookies.
- No analytics cookies (no Google Analytics or similar).
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No profiling or cross-site tracking of any kind.
If this ever changes — for example, if we add an analytics tool in the future — we will update this policy and, where legally required, ask for your consent through a cookie banner before any non-essential cookie is set.
5. How to manage or delete stored data
You can delete the language preference (and any cookie) at any time from your browser settings. Here's how in the main browsers:
Deleting the link3rs-lang entry simply means the site will load in English again until you pick another language.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the technologies used on the website change. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
