This policy is drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights ("LOPDGDD").

Data you give us
When you fill in our contact form or write to us by email, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, company or organization, and the details of your event or inquiry.
Data collected automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this information only to operate the website securely and diagnose technical problems.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website, and we do not build profiles of our visitors.
3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

4. How long we keep your data
- Inquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request, and up to one year afterwards in case you contact us again.
- Client data: for the duration of our relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law (generally up to 6 years).
- Consent-based communications: until you withdraw your consent.
5. Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, under data processing agreements that meet GDPR requirements:
- Tally (Tally BV, Belgium, EU) — powers our contact form. The information you enter in the form is processed by Tally on our behalf. See Tally's privacy policy.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) — hosts this website and processes standard server logs. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may also disclose data when required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
6. International transfers
Your data is processed primarily within the European Union. Where a provider (such as Vercel) processes data in the United States, the transfer is protected by the safeguards mentioned above, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and hosting providers with recognized security certifications.
9. Minors
This website and our services are aimed at event professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14 years of age.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
